Questions buyers usually need answered
Who owns the code and product work?
The commercial agreement defines ownership clearly. For standard client builds, the intended outcome is a handover that does not trap you with Ogunlusi as the only team able to operate the product.
Can you work with an existing product or engineering team?
Yes. We can take ownership of a defined workstream, support an existing team, or lead a rebuild where product, UX and engineering decisions need to be joined up.
Do you handle hosting and deployment?
Yes. We can design the deployment approach, containerise the application, configure environments and hand over an operating runbook. Ongoing hosting or support is agreed separately when needed.
What if the scope changes during the project?
We prefer to surface uncertainty early, deliver in useful increments and make scope changes explicit. That is safer than pretending every product can be fully specified before anyone learns from the build.
Can you continue after launch?
Yes. Ongoing product engineering, optimisation and support can follow the initial release, or we can prepare the product for a clean handover to your internal team.
